CASE MANAGER & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Our non-clinical Case Manager plays a crucial role in connecting students with the
most appropriate resources for their holistic well-being. They work collaboratively
with students to assess their needs, develop comprehensive support plans, and facilitate
seamless referrals to both on-campus services (such as the Health Clinic, Academic
Success, or other student support offices) and external community mental health providers.
The Case Manager is dedicated to promoting continuity of care, advocating for students,
and empowering them to navigate challenges to achieve their academic, personal, and
professional goals.

Anna Sales, BA

Anna moved to Texas from Alberta, Canada, in 2022 to grow their family ministry. She
graduated with a degree in Communications from Miriam College in the Philippines,
a Catholic institution committed to developing effective women leaders who are active
agents of social change. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother. Anna has over 20
years of professional experience in administration, education, and social services
case management. Outside of work and ministry, she enjoys spending time with her family,
traveling, and reading. Anna is happy to help you with most questions about the UDCC
and the OSA. She's excited to help you. Feel free to stop by and say hello!

LICENSED CLINICIANS
The licensed clinicians at the University of Dallas Counseling Center are experienced and independently licensed mental health professionals in the state of Texas. Having completed rigorous academic training, extensive supervised clinical hours, and state board examinations, our licensed clinicians offer a full scope of therapeutic services for the regular outpatient setting. All our staff are dedicated mental health professionals committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our students.
Susan Ghalibaf, LCSW
Susan Ghalibaf, MSW, LCSW, graduated from the University of Texas system with a BA in Sociology in 1991 and MSW in 1998. She has been licensed for over 20 years. Her clinical experience includes inpatient psychiatric care at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano and outpatient therapy in various clinical settings. Susan specializes in providing therapy services to adolescents, young adults, and families. She strives to provide culturally relevant and sensitive treatment safely and inclusively. In addition, she speaks three languages due to her travels and living in various countries. Susan cherishes her time with her husband and two adult children.

Debbie Kaluza, LPC

Debbie graduated from the University of Dallas with a Masters in Catholic Educational
Leadership. Before she started counseling, she spent many years as a Teacher and
Children's Ministry Director. Debbie has a Master's degree in Christian Counseling
and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. She is
passionate about helping people discover and cultivate their gifts and feels especially
blessed to work with the students at UD. Debbie is fluent in Spanish and enjoys interacting
with and learning about different cultures. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother,
and she believes her life experience is one of her greatest strengths as a Counselor.

Molly Tomutsa, LCSW

Molly Tomutsa, LCSW, is a UD Constantin College graduate. She earned her Master of Social Work from Boston College and is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience providing counseling in hospitals, community programs, and educational settings. As a UD alumna, Molly brings insight and understanding to her work. She offers counseling grounded in respect for each person’s dignity, the value of authentic relationships, and the belief that people naturally seek growth. Molly is honored to walk alongside students as they foster resilience and hope, building toward a fulfilling future.
ASSOCIATE CLINICIANS
Licensed Professional Counselor Associates are highly trained mental health professionals who have completed their master's degree in counseling and are gaining the supervised clinical experience required for full licensure in Texas. Under the guidance of a fully licensed supervisor, our Associate Clinicians provide compassionate and effective counseling services to students, supporting their mental health and personal development within the university community.

Philip graduated with a Masters in Counseling from University of North Texas (UNT) in 2024. Philip is also a Deacon with the Catholic Diocese of Dallas, ordained in 2022, and has a Masters in Theological Studies from University of Dallas. Philip has been married over 30 years and has four adult children. Prior to his ordination, Philip had a career as a lawyer and corporate executive. Philip’s clinical perspective is informed by both his ministry work, including work with marriage preparation and enrichment, divorce recovery and healing/forgiveness workshops, as well as his life experience. In 2023, Philip provided therapy at the UNT counseling clinic to students, and he feels blessed to be able to serve the students at UD.
CLINICAL INTERNS
The University of Dallas Counseling Center (UDCC) clinical interns are graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in counseling or related fields. Under the direct supervision of licensed professionals, they provide essential mental health services to students. They are dedicated to the overall mission of UD and the UDCC.
Andrea Chavez, B.A.
Email: achavez4@udallas.eduAndrea Chavez is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s student at Our Lady of the Lake University, currently completing her internship at the University of Dallas Counseling Center. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Andrea is passionate about supporting college students as they navigate academic pressures, identity development, relationships, and life transitions. She utilizes a person-centered and multicultural framework, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help students work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Her approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, aiming to foster a safe space for students to explore their experiences and build resilience.
