Amy Rosellini is a dedicated professional and educator with a passion for inspiring students through interactive and innovative teaching methods. With over 20 years of corporate experience and 10 years of academic research, Amy has developed a strong foundation in human capital strategy and is committed to fostering critical thinking and academic growth among her students.
Amy holds a PhD in Information Science from the University of North Texas where her research focuses on knowledge management and employee behavior change. Her academic journey is complemented by practical experience in Human Resources and Corporate Learning.

As an adjunct professor, Amy has taught a variety of courses including Human Resource Management, Organizational Design & Change, Human Capital Strategy, and Effective Leader engaging students with dynamic lectures and hands-on learning opportunities. Her approach emphasizes real-world applications of theoretical concepts through case study, preparing students for success in the professional sphere.

Amy is known for her dedication to student success, demonstrated through personalized mentorship and guidance. She is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and intellectual curiosity.

Beyond the classroom, Amy is actively involved in the International Conference on Knowledge Management contributing to the academic community through conference presentations and publications. She is Vistage Chair for a CEO Advisory Board and consults with companies to maximize their people operations through strategy development and targeted employee learning.
